Our Plan
This is our working vision for the campaign, a roadmap of the events we’re excited to bring to life. As a student-led initiative, many of our plans are still evolving, and we’re always looking for support, collaboration, and guidance to help us launch each event with impact and care. We appreciate your patience, encouragement, and belief in what’s possible.

The Amazing Race
September 2025
Gather your crew, bring your game face, and get ready to race for a cause! Teams of 3–5 will fundraise in advance, then compete in a high-energy, app-guided race filled with checkpoints, challenges, and clues, all leading to our final stop: a celebratory BBQ hosted by the popular restaurant chain Browns Socialhouse. The top teams will walk away with bragging rights and awesome prizes!

Whole Way House Gala
January 2026
The Whole Way House Gala & Auction will bring together community members, businesses, and supporters for an unforgettable evening of purpose and impact. Taking place in January 2026, this event aims to raise critical funds to restore care and connection for vulnerable seniors across Vancouver.

Golf tournament
February 2026
Join us for a meaningful day on the course in support of Whole Way House. This special event will feature a full round of golf at a premier local course, in addition to a silent auction, with all proceeds directly benefiting Whole Way House programs. Whether you're a seasoned golfer or just joining to support the cause, your presence makes a difference.
